DURPLAST S ®

DURPLAST S® is a sprayed or molded polymer with a standard thickness ranging from 0.5 to 5mm (in spraying) and from 5 to 50mm (in molding). This material is particularly suitable for mild abrasion combined with corrosion and/or clogging phenomena. This process allows adaptable protection based on solicitations, the repair of any type of parts, and a constant thickness on complex shapes.

  • Hardness: 60 to 95 Shore A
  • Max Temperature: 100°C (60°C for wet applications)
  • Density: 1.2″

DURA-CRETE ®

DURA-CRETE® is our brand-new concrete grade specifically developed to withstand your abrasion wear challenges. With its various components (silicon, aluminum, calcium, and iron oxides), DURA-CRETE® provides unparalleled abrasion resistance for concrete and remains effective at temperatures of up to 1600°C.

  • Maximum Operating Temperature: 1600°C
  • Abrasion Resistance: 3.72 cm3
  • Compression Strength: 70-150 MPa

ALDUR 240 ®

The ALDUR 240® ceramic is a technical ceramic with exceptional abrasion resistance. In addition to providing effective protection against chemical aggressions, it boasts remarkable mechanical properties that allow for coatings ranging from 1.5 to 75 mm in thickness.

Its characteristics position it at the forefront of materials resistant to sliding abrasion.

DURGUM ®

The DURGUM range includes anti-abrasion rubbers that provide an effective solution to abrasion issues encountered in extraction industries, while significantly reducing the noise nuisances associated with industrial activities

  • Density: 1.10 to 1.20
  • Shore Hardness: 45 to 65
  • Maximum Service Temperature: 80°C
  • Abrasion Index according to DIN53516 (mm3): 90 to 130

DURHART 200 ®

DURHART 200 is a recognized fused cast wear ceramic known for its exceptional performance in abrasion resistance.

DURHART 200 stands out for its impressive resistance to abrasions caused by very aggressive fine particles, even at high speeds, as well as impacts from large elements, as seen in hoppers or chutes.

  • Thermal Resistance: 3.72 cm3
  • Density: 3.5

DURZALT 40 ®

DURZALT 40 is manufactured from high-quality molten basalt, offering excellent anti-abrasion performance. Its production method allows for obtaining all the necessary forms for creating anti-abrasion coatings.

The DURZALT 40® ceramic retains its characteristics at high temperatures (up to 350°C).

  • Hardness Mohs: 8
  • Thermal Resistance: Max 350°C
  • Excellent Chemical Inertness to Bases and Acids

CEREZ ®

The CEREZ® shielding composites provide a simple solution to a wide variety of wear problems.

Easy to implement and highly wear-resistant, they are essential tools for maintenance services in industries transporting liquids or bulk materials.

The range of ready-to-use CEREZ® shielding composites consists of four grades that differ in their grain size and application method.

DURSIC ®

Technical ceramic DURSIC is composed of silicon carbides.

It is an extremely hard material with excellent corrosion resistance and high thermal resistance.
Large-sized parts can be produced.

  • Hardness Mohs: 9
  • Thermal Resistance: max 1350°C
  • Very high chemical resistance

DURPLAST ®

DURPLAST® is a high molecular weight polyethylene. It is available in the form of sheets with a standard thickness of 10 to 50mm.
This material has excellent resistance to abrasion and a low friction coefficient, giving it excellent anti-clogging properties.

  • Shore Hardness: 57 Shore D
  • Max Temperature: 80°C
  • Density: 0.93
